Missing parts. for my opinion

Went to hang our barns door. Open package was missing parts only had one hanger and rail. No hardware and missing one hanger.

No translation

I had to modify almost every piece to make this work. This includes cutting, welding, and drilling. This will not fit a standard thickness door. However they get a two star for the soft close wish they had another on the other side to prevent slamming open.
