I admit that it would be nice to have a case to store the instruments but I don't think the case is worth paying double for the set even though you get double the Price get the vacuum connections. The only downside to all these kits, even the one in the cases, is the quality of the hoses, the hoses in the kit aren't rubber, they're some sort of nylon hybrid that can't even handle the heat of the cylinders, let alone the one alone Exhaust. You need to make sure the hoses are insulated from contacting the cylinders or heads during use or they will melt, apart from the kit works well and is worth the money.
