No BGE product so I had some concerns. Fortunately, they were unfounded. Installation is a pain. I didn't remove the cap due to the weight so it took a little longer but I took my time to make sure the rim surface was clean and then used 90% alcohol to remove the remaining old glue. While I am 4 years old. cooks on high heat and the pad works great. Be sure to clean the surface of the lid and bowl. Make sure the old gasket and glue are completely removed. Install a new gasket and close the lid for 24 hours. If you can do that, this pad will work perfectly and is a lot cheaper than the BGE version.
