Nice weight, feels firm and cleans up easier and better than I feared. I only used it for sous vide cooking. Super delicious polenta made without stirring. It's a little strange because it's not actually airtight. There is a small uneven strip that you put through two holes in the bag and then you need to attach the bag to the side of the cooking container.
