I like it; but not ideal for sous vide meat

Nice weight, feels firm and cleans up easier and better than I feared. I only used it for sous vide cooking. Super delicious polenta made without stirring. It's a little strange because it's not actually airtight. There is a small uneven strip that you put through two holes in the bag and then you need to attach the bag to the side of the cooking container. I don't like cooking meat in it because it's not sealed and you have to be careful not to let the meat touch the top of the bag because it doesn't heat up to kill potential bacteria. /pathogen.
