The staff at Essential Care Physicians are friendly & knowledgeable about my medical conditions! They have made it easy for me by working together as one team so we both can help each other without feeling like I'm bothering them or taking up their time too much while they're trying not take over all our tasks in life that make us feel loved!! It has been amazing how well this program works when you truly want something done right. There's nothing really bad from anything else but sometimes if there was just more space then maybe even better. ! This product takes away stress outta your day because everything gets accomplished quickly which makes everyone happy! The most useful thing about this is that it allows me to enter orders for my residents remotely, which makes their lives easier since they can't get out as often. It doesn't always work well when I'm away from my computer, and sometimes it glitches. It's been great to be able to check in with them and make sure they've taken all their medications. We've also had good success keeping track of who is feeling better or worse throughout the day, so we know if someone is due for a visit or not.
