Excellent bike light. Multiple brightness settings. The brightest setting is bright enough. Lumens are no longer needed. Very simple attachment mechanism. Tools are not required. If you want to cut off the excess length you may need a pair of strong scissors (you'll find this out when you assemble them), but it's not necessary. I like the light so much that I started using it as a camping flashlight. It has a clip so I can attach it to my pants, backpack, etc. It feels solid and well built. I love that it's rechargeable, but I only charged it once or twice to make sure I had a full charge ahead of a week-long trip. We have 4 of these (one for each bike in my family). They all work great. 5 Stars. Please note that depending on the ad and who I ordered this lamp from, I received different taillights. The rear light was less important to me, but I preferred some of them to others. Possibly minus 1/2 star due to some differences and cryptic flesh about which taillight you can get and some are better than others. The light that came with this listing wasn't my favorite but I would give it 3 to 4 stars. To be clear, I'm giving 5 stars because I really like the headlight.
