This software was designed to be user friendly in order to make it as simple as possible for staff members who may not have had any previous experience working within an after school or childcare environment. It also has many features that can help streamline some of the administrative tasks associated with running this type of business. There are times when we would like to see certain features added but I am sure they will come eventually. We were able to use our current system (SAP) so there was no need to change anything from what we already had. The benefits include ease of access and ability to manage all aspects of the program including scheduling, attendance, payments, time cards etc.
