Every kitchen needs a pancake and waffle maker

This is one of those handy kitchen gadgets that I think of when I'm making pancakes but never buy one. Well I have to say I'm impressed with how well this works for batters like pancakes and waffles. It's very easy to clean. I'm impressed with how well it seals when I let go of the handle. Although it's plastic, the sealing mechanism is well made and stops the batter instantly so there's no dripping as you move from one spot in the pan to another. Now I feel like a pro!
