As a fitness trainer, I've tried all kinds of sportswear. I love the look and material of the Nike Pro Shorts, but the truth is that no matter how long they are, they just slide up every time. So I decided to try some of these shorts in white. They are very comfortable with soft fabric. I ordered a medium size because I usually wear shorts larger. They really are a real medium as they have always been a bit loose with me but not so loose that they come back. The next thing I checked was that it was see through! I teach large group fitness classes and there's nothing more embarrassing than wearing sheer shorts. Let me tell you they are absolutely squat and sweat proof in white! I thought that maybe I would have sweat stains all over the crotch, but no, it was perfect even at the end. And I'm a big fan of sweaty workouts. I would definitely buy them again in other colors! I can wear them alone, and I can also wear them under the 3 inch Nike Pro shorts that I plan to wear to class.
