The good thing about this Orbi is that it's easy to install and that's when your problems begin. called Comcast, registered the Mac, and activated the device. So far everything has worked fine. When I checked the internet speed the next day, the speed did not exceed 470 Mbps. I called Comcast first and they fixed the issue within 2-3 days, tried all sorts of settings and found nothing wrong with them. Soccer started, I contacted Netgear and they didn't even check a single setting and didn't fix any errors with my device, they just recommended blocking the channels in the router, except they couldn't do anything. I gave up the Netgear command. My only option is to ask Comcast for assistance, they did and sent Trchnician to my house and he found nothing wrong with my connection. It showed me that my modem has a speed of more than 1 GB. Then I started investigating with Comcast as to why this device doesn't support more than 450Mbps. They said in their tests this device can only support MAX 680Mbps speed. where the product claims it can support 2.5 GBPS. Do not get carried away by the description, carefully read the materials and reviews before buying. I made that mistake. Absolute waste of time and mental stress.
