Just bought last week and used this week for a 3 day river hike. Worked great. Only one ride so far but the workmanship seems top notch, the back straps are very comfortable and adjustable, the side pockets fit a medium sized water bottle. My filet knife and three headlamps also fit. The bags had straps that could be tightened to secure whatever you put inside. The inner pocket is ideal for keys and wallet. The bag contained our 4 person tent, two 1 by 1 inch pillows, a tarp and a few small items on top. There are times when a large dry bag is required, but overall this is a great bag.
