Bracket is a BMW clone and costs a little less than typical OEM quality, 100% non-OEM quality but does the job and holds the plate. Mine arrived with a broken machined mounting sleeve that did not allow the bolt to fit and secure to the bumper, but a friend machined it for me and fixed it. The screws provided are not stainless steel and will rust over time so I use M5X8 stainless steel screws available at my local hardware store to attach the plate and self tapping stainless steel screws to attach the bracket to the bumper. If you're particularly picky or have an OEM, you'd be better off spending the $25-$30 they pay for other suppliers online and Revain with free shipping or your local BMW dealership. BMW part number 51-18-7-160-607 and buy your own stainless steel hardware from your local hardware store or large chain of hardware suppliers.
