Ideal OEM. I recommend using stainless steel screws instead of galvanized ones. You will need two #10 x ¾" screws (or metric equivalent) for the bracket itself and four M5-0.8 x 6mm screws for the actual license plate. This will ensure long life without rust. My 2015 VW Golf GTI came from the dealer with no holes or license plate brackets. I bought this brand after reading the recommendations of other new golf owners who had the same problem as me. Bracket is a BMW clone and costs a little less than typical OEM quality, 100% non-OEM quality but does the job and holds the plate. Mine arrived with a broken machined mounting sleeve that did not allow the bolt to fit and secure to the bumper, but a friend machined it for me and fixed it. The screws provided are not stainless steel and will rust over time so I use M5X8 stainless steel screws available at my local hardware store to attach the plate and self tapping stainless steel screws to…
