The features are many - we can add/remove custom fields easily as well as sort by these new added options too! I am using this product mainly because it's so easy to set up & use across multiple sites (including self hosting). It does have its limitations though regarding SEO reporting which i'd like solved soon if possible :) But overall great service from their team has been fantastic. They've taken care of any issues or questions very quickly at time when they needed fixing ASAP due to other problems elsewhere etc. Their customer services are brilliant, friendly advice given without pressure whatsoever. Great value for money compared to competitors pricing plans available out there now who charge more than double what Zillians do!! You will find that once setup correctly they're reliable tools to assist clients / website visitors effectively via various methods including email.
