Review on Gates 31842 Fuel Tank Cap by Chris Endricko

I see many comments complaining that it doesn't work. This lid should be rotated and not just fixed so that it does not move. I mean once you lock it it just spins indefinitely without loosening when you try to take it off and only when you hold it with one hand and turn the key do you hear/feel a click, and then you can delete it. At first I expected this thing to snap into place and not move at all, but I have no problem rotating it while it does its job. You need both hands to lock and unlock, one hand holding the lid and the other hand turning the key, otherwise it just keeps turning. I've had this item for over 3 months with no problems, I would buy it again.
