I used this to replace a broken lower section of the door leading to my garage. The measurement was the same as my door and it fit perfectly. Before I bought it, I was concerned that I would have to remove the door to install it. Turns out I didn't have to because the door was high enough that I could just take the old one out. Insert a new one and press it with your fingers. The only thing I'm not sure about is durability as the rubber seems to be softer than I expected.
