No plastic conical stop in barrel

Solid build. Needs a comical plastic stop at the end of the barrel. Comes open and when drilled into the sand, sand plugs up the barrel preventing the umbrella from going down all the way down. Who ever approved this design dropped the ball.

It may be difficult to adjust the angle of the umbrella once it is anchored
