Versa has been very helpful with our call center needs by allowing us to customize many of its features for ease of use. It's easy enough for anyone in your organization who doesn't know much about computers or phone systems to be able operate it without any training at all! The only thing I dislike so far as an employee myself (I'm not currently using it) would have to do some customization work if you're looking into customizing how things look/work when they go live. We are solving several different issues related to communication within our team - specifically between multiple departments throughout the office. This allows everyone involved to view what other people need help / information regarding before reaching out themselves which greatly reduces time spent trying to find someone else to answer questions etc., especially since we can see where others may already be working. Also being able to easily send emails.
