I like how easy it was for me as an entry-level employee to use this software right off the bat! The dashboard has all my contacts in one place which makes contacting new prospects much easier than having to go through each business myself before reaching out or using another tool such as LinkedIn. My favorite part about this product so far would be its ease of use with regards to finding leads within our target industries (real estate). There are no complaints yet but if there were any they'd likely have been addressed by now since we're still quite early into using the program. We've had some issues getting certain fields filled up correctly when creating lead lists from other sources. This could definitely improve once more users get onboarded and start inputting their own information.
