The product leaves additional dimensions in the PVC pipe. If you plan to reuse the pipe after using this CO release tool, it may very well leak which is deadly. I wouldn't even try to reuse the pipe if exposed to this H2O drain pipe tool as I'm sure it will leak in some cases. There are several reasons why the design of this tool is flawed. 1) The diameter of the guide should fit snugly against the inside of the pipe. 2) The guide rail needs to be lengthened to ensure accurate and more precise running direction. 3) The "cutter" should be made to gradually "cut" the material.
