I like that it's simple to use without any training necessary. It also works well across all devices (mobile, desktop, etc.). The support team has been incredibly helpful when we've had questions or concerns. We were able to quickly get up-and-running using this tool in less than 24 hours! There isn't much I dislike about our experience so far. If you're looking for something easy, quick, flexible, and intuitive, then this product would be perfect for your needs. This platform allows us to collect data from every point of contact for each client/patient visit. Now that we have this information, it makes my job easier by giving me real insights into what they need and how to provide better care.
