Waiting and frequently checking the prices of many brands paid off and I was able to replace brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels on my 2001 Grand Prix for less than $100 and they only cost $10 . for a sentence. I'm about 40 miles from the nearest auto parts stores and they all wanted an arm and leg for upholstery. I hate seeing all those leftover heavy metals end up in a transfer station (landfill), but they get recycled so they come back as something new. They fit perfectly and were relatively easy to swap out so I have no complaints with them yet and we'll see how they hold up over time, but I don't foresee any issues with them and haven't had any issues with the pads yet. everything I replaced. I prefer the big brands over the aftermarket, which often gets mixed reviews. This time I went with ceramic to see if it would reduce the dust falling on my wheel spokes. The 6-inch C-clamp did the job of squeezing the cylinder and, as always, the hardest part was taking the caliper off and remembering to put silicone on the rails. I usually check the part numbers on another site just to make sure they fit, but this site was pretty accurate, although not always showing all the matching parts when using the garage feature, and some that show they don't fit ... so it's always a good idea to check another source. I've swapped out many auto parts over the years and I've always found a decent price, free shipping and a no-hassle return policy on this site if I have a problem and/or something doesn't fit...plus it's a lot closer to 40 than the more expensive auto parts stores Miles and it took an extra star to bring it up to 5 stars but as it does what I expected 4 stars might be more appropriate but it really doesn't matter as I have no complaints.
