I liked that we could see and analyse our client's data in different ways - from simple pie charts to detailed tables with drill downs allowing us an overview of each area. The ability to have multiple people working at once viewing the same dataset was also useful for ensuring no one missed anything important. It does take some time to get used to how you can interact with this tool as there is nothing like other platforms or tools out there which allows for such close collaboration between team members. We wanted to create dashboards to allow all department staff access but without having to train everyone individually. Having created multiple graphs/charts showing data for different groups within the organisation, we were able to show what was happening across the business more clearly than ever before.
