I often paddleboard and kayak at our beach place. I have used many paddles before. This one is fabulous. It is very easy to switch back and forth between use for SUP and kayak. The handle for the SUP is comfortable and it is easy to adjust it to my preferred length. The one paddle just slides in until the pin snaps in place. For the second side, open the clamp before inserting the handle or second paddle. Make sure you line up the paddle or the handle correctly - there is a groove you have to line up to get it to slide in. Snap the clamp in place and you're good to go!I am super happy with this paddle. It's easy to make transitions and is a very cost-effective solution to use if you participate in both sports.
