Operating this device is as easy as sending an e-mail. I received the device, downloaded the drivers from FORscan website and confirmed the installation in Device Manager. Then enter the license code from the FORscan email they sent and boom! Added navigation to my daughter's SYNC2 Focus Titanium. The menus in the FS app looked different than what I saw in the videos (I downloaded the latest version of FS, maybe that's why) but they were actually easier to use in my opinion. Instead of changing the bit-level code entries, I just scrolled through the list of functions that were in the APIM settings and selected the "Enable" navigation. A few resets later and put in my old A5 chip from my Explorer and she had a working navigation system. Now I want to use this to change some settings in explorer and my SHO to see what I might prefer.
