So far I have been extremely disappointed with this purchase. After about 3 uses I needed to clean the airbrush more thoroughly and that's ok, I followed the instructions step by step and put the needle cap back on. Started screwing it back in and got no resistance, like it was almost too tight, just the threaded part loosened from the cone section. They removed the threaded stem and called to say the cone was out of warranty and would cost $8 to replace, which is 40% of the cost of the airbrush itself. I convinced the person I spoke to to replace it, which I really appreciate, although instead of sending the part needed, they sent a new airbrush. I was impressed at first, but soon I noticed dirty threads, a dirty paint bottle, sharp edges on the paint tank lid, and faded writing on the side, so I'm not sure if poorly repaired, quality issues, or otherwise. I tried using it and got weird smudges when painting. Tried to clean again, still get them. Switched the needle cap to my other airbrush and all is good. Okay, at least it worked for me, but while trying to fix my airbrush issues, now my compressor knob isn't working properly. You can turn on the compressor and it will randomly turn off the light and stop working. Might get a spray, might get a few but as soon as it turns off, do I have to either toggle the knob off and on again, grab the compressor and put it back in, or tap on the side to get it to start again. .
