Perfect match for XC90 17
Looks like this is the part that supplies them to Volvo. They fit perfectly. Just use T25 Torq. Loosen 3 screws on each wheel and put it back in place with the fender mounted. I did not use the equipment provided. With a 1/4" adapter, a T25 bit, and a ratchet, you don't even have to turn or remove the wheel to install it. It takes about 20 minutes to install. Compared to Volvo's $130, that's a bargain ! reasonable price)
