Bought this for my 2013 dart to give it a little 'pop'. It's really easy to use - just remember to measure twice and cut once. Patience is the key to success. To control the window I had to cut the "sewing edge" (the part that threads in) to make the turns, so make sure you have an X-Acto knife and a piece of wood handy. .A long section kept popping out due to the fairing warping - I just sprayed some 3M spray on that section of fairing, pressed it in and then wiped it off. If it gives me problems in the future, I can just super-glue it. Definitely not a manufacturer error. A few tips: 1) When working, start with small sections, such as B. Window controls, in the middle of a long section. That way you have as much of the sewing edge as possible holding it under the piece. 2) When you make the final cut, *EASY* make it a little longer than you actually need. That way, when inserted, it will rest directly on the other end. I got a small gap on the first try, but it's not noticeable unless you look for it. Subsequent cuts using the "cut a little longer" method produced significantly better results. 3) Be prepared for a lot of getting in and out if you have to make turns. It'll take a little longer, but it's worth it in the end if it strings together seamlessly.
