This tool appears to be made of quality materials and is quite sharp but needs some sharpening. The angle seems steep enough to cut well enough, so finer grinding and sharpening may be needed. Some might like this if you're a shy cutter, but not if you appreciate not having to tilt the chisel so high that you can't control the cut.
