The product was delivered on time. The product was nicely packaged in the manufacturer's box and the items were separated by a piece of brown paper. I was a bit surprised that the floor mat material was so hard. I was expecting more flexible material. However, the product matched the contours of my car floor. I liked the hard pins or spikes on the bottom of the mats. I expect these knobs will last longer than the rubber knobs typically found on the underside of other car mats. I liked the raised edges around the outer perimeter of the mats. This edge likely prevents the collected dirt from moving around the rest of the car. My only gripe is that I wish the rear mat extended further under the front seat.
