SAVE YOUR MONEY at Garage & Shop

Save your money at the end! My old grease gun was big and I had trouble getting it into tight spots on new cars so I decided to get one of the newer guns in a smaller size. Everything is going sideways here. 1) Grease couplers (both included) got stuck on lower arm connector A. When I removed the spring and teeth it fell out of a clutch on the first use. Easy enough to fix, but it shouldn't happen. 2) Piston did not push lube into hose. I had to remove the small hex bolt (behind the hinge) to release the air so the grease could get into the tube. 3) The plunger has not advanced into the tube to push the lubricant into the hose. He unscrewed the tube (base) and took out the cartilage. Grease filled the base on the outside of the tube. This is when the piston dispenses fat all over the ceiling. Removes the fat left in the base. I threw away the tube of grease that came with the gun, thinking the problem must be in the tube itself. 4) A new tube fitted for lubrication. I screwed the top back onto the tube body and vented it. Eventually the fat started coming out and stopped just as quickly. I unscrewed the tube and the spring and plunger were held for a few minutes and then released, this time the entire system self-destructed. The spring and plunger separated and flew about 15 feet. The breech at the bottom of the tube broke through the metal end and fell to the ground. The top with the hose and pump handle flew about 5 feet up while gliding across the floor. Fat was everywhere. The entire tool went in the trash 20 minutes after leaving the package. I will never buy a product from this company again.
