I foster a lot of kittens and with it getting colder, we decided having a pet heating pad for the kitty room may not be a bad idea, so we decided to give this heating pad a try. To be honest, I wasn't quite sure what to expect and didn't think it got that hot, however, it warmed to just the right temp for them because they all LOVE it and use it all the time! Rarely do we walk in and not find a kitten or 2 laying on the pad! Two things I really like about it is that the cover is washable (which is GREAT when you have a room full of kittens who are still learning the litterbox! lol) The other thing I like is that the cord is protected so that they can't bite through it. (Again, this is very much appreciated with so many kittens! 😉) We have found this to be worth the purchase and definitely recommend it!
