In theory these strips are a great idea and they look really good for a couple of weeks. But after 2 weeks they have already started to go away. In addition, water runs down behind them even before they start to detach. Water flows behind the ledges to the rim and into the floor. We smeared the tip but it didn't work. We just took them off and threw them in the trash. You can work on getting the house ready for sale.
