Never worked to begin with. Never had a problem with locks but it just didn't work. I took it on a ride without testing it first and it ruined the ride a bit. The overall quality is also quite low - when you pick it up, you immediately get the feeling that it's quite cheaply assembled. The seller tries to provide good printed and video instructions on how it works but it doesn't help for a low quality product. [Edited - August 2020 - Changed from 1 star to 4 stars] The first lock I received from the original order never worked, but the seller provided me with a replacement with no problems and the new lock worked great works fine. I've taken it on several trips around the world and used it with lockers at local gyms - never had any failures and nobody has ever tried (or managed to) break it.
