Review on 🔧 FEL-PRO VS 50606 R Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set by Scott Decoteau

Works very well on my 2004 Honda Civic 1.7L. Replaceable valve cover pinch bolt (VChDB) gaskets with a metal sleeve "cap" are included in the kit. The large set of rubber pads included are for injection coils but I just left the old ones. I would recommend the 1A Auto YouTube tutorial "Replacing a 01-05 Honda Civic Valve Cover Gasket Kit" for a detailed step-by-step installation, although there is no need to separate the VCHDB rubber gasket from the metal bushing if the pair comes together in the package - great! Tip: Do not overtighten the retaining screws, they can easily shear off. It is better to make a small mistake, start the engine, check the valve cover and bolt gaskets again, adjust the bolt tightness if necessary, repeat the process until the leak or dripping stops.
