Totally useless the best building materials
I bought these to complete my Muzata cable railing installation. Wanting to follow the manufacturer's procedure, I purchased these self-adhesive cases and found them completely useless. They are very sticky when trying to remove the protective film, causing them to stick to themselves and tedious to unfold after sticking. After you glue them to the tree (my posts were painted) they don't stick very well at all. I ended up buying small tubes of clear outdoor caulk, which worked incredibly well, so I recommend going down that route rather than using them.
