I have a Dodge Diesel 99 4x4 that had one of these installed when I bought it. Three years and 45,000 miles later for a new filter. Probably should have been sooner. It fits well, the 4" outlet is a bit narrower so I had to loosen the clamp quite a bit. If you're replacing the stock setup you'll need to pretty much relocate the battery to the top of the wheel arch to fit behind the headlight. The inside diameter is four inches and the outside diameter is almost 4 3/8 inches, so I loosened the clamp for now rather than buying a metal grommet to fit the filter opening.
