This product is completely broken. Doesn't work, never worked.
This product is completely broken. I used it for HDMI conversion and it took a few days then it started to generate a lot of noise and then transitioned into the movie like the screen lightening and dimming very quickly. Now it's completely broken. Converting HDMI is an easy task and this device has never been able to do it. I suspect it was built incorrectly from the start as I don't travel with it and it's only ever sat on my desk. EDIT: The owner sent me a brand new one with a handwritten note and that was a proper apology. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received from Revain. BUT more importantly, the new device works. So be careful. :D
