Received as promised and exactly as pictured. If you are a professional or a student, this is NOT the one. I have been using these types of tools for over 45 years and I have to say they are not worth the money. None of them are sharp (see applied pressure in photo) or cut? They make very ROUGH MARKS and require a few snips just to cut through the cardboard. For an 8 year old beginning art artist this is great. For those expecting one-line cuts, save your money and spend a little more. They will cut the butter but the quality is not there. They can't take pressure and dull blades won't cut butter anymore. I would not recommend to more than one child who is just beginning their new love of art. At the same time, there is a market for them, but not for adults. I am very disappointed that I gave money for the goods, and NO sharp blade? Rough at best.
