Bought to start electronics in the US while living in Poland. The transformer worked in the office to run the slow cooker. I brought it home after the holiday, turned it on - the switch worked immediately. The device was not externally loaded and switched off! I connected a different transformer (not the brand my employer supplied) and no problem. After all that, the device still instantly turns the switch off when it's turned on. Looks like I've got a £25 doorstop now. By the time I realized there was a problem, I was past Revane's comeback period.
