Everything ok. The field of view is quite narrow and a bit dark. But I don't see how to avoid it given the properties and prisms of the roof. More durable than small Carson/Brunton jobs. I wouldn't mind something like the Steiner 8x22 - it costs a bit more, but it's also a much better tool. But for the price it's not bad. I gave it to my 6 year old and he hasn't destroyed it yet so it's good to use.
