It's easy for anyone with no technical knowledge at all! The interface makes it very simple even if you're not tech savvy (like myself).

If there are any problems while using this platform they will update your account within 24 hours so I don't have complaints about anything as of yet but would like more customization options than what we currently use here; however since its free software everything else should be well taken care off by them already :) We've been able to increase our inventory turnover rate significantly through implementing biding process into one place instead of having multiple spreadsheets going around every time i needed something updated etc..
