Works well, one thing that annoys me a little is that the handle is really heavy, so make sure the bowl is a lot wider than the basket, plus a few inches of handle (say 8 inches?). I poured some of the broth into a smaller bowl (the basket fitted well) and the handle actually caused the bowl to tip over, which was annoying and messy. I know it's simple physics and mostly a bad balance problem and totally my fault but now you know. Also, I would have liked the hook on the basket that attaches to the bowl to be a bit bigger. It works great for a metal bowl, but I have plastic bowls with a curved rim and I find it doesn't clip or hook very well.
