Review on Nikon Monarch FIELDSCOPE 82ED-A with MEP-20-60 Zoom Eyepiece, Black by Bill Ramani
Excellent fit and finish
I bought this scope for bird watching. I used an old and very orange Celestron C90 with a 45 degree birding prism. Nikon's image is brighter, sharper and lacks the annoying secondary mirror blur. The Nikon is also built like a tank but without the annoying weight. I can't imagine I ever thought I would need an upgrade.
