Really Helps my Problem

I have a bone spur also lost natural padding in my heel. These inserts helps my pain when walking and is also comfortable.

Pros

The heel cups are also incredibly lightweight and easy to clean, making them ideal for use on long hikes, runs, or other outdoor activities

Cons

The heel cups may create pressure points on the foot, leading to discomfort and pain

They felt too firm for me, actually hurt more after a short while. Needs to be more like a memory foam. Not good for my plantar fasciitis.
