SHARP! Everything as advertised!
Literally sharpest knives I’ve ever used. I haven’t had the need to sharpen these babies yet but damn, they slice through anything like it’s butter. The chicken shears are incredible too. On that note, be very careful handling these and cleaning because my roommate did get a little cut from a light graze he didn’t even feel right away. 10/10 would recommend though.

- The knives are prone to rusting if not dried properly after hand-washing.
