purchased as a gift for my wife (she said she wanted them) I watched her slice thru a potatoe like it was butter. the knife litteraly glided thru no resistance at all no force. They are SHARP and worth the money Wife has been extremely happy using these knives. Please note as per the instructions they are hand wash only do not put them in dishwasher. So if you can't commit to hand washing your knives then this is an expensive set to ruin in the dishwasher.

I was a little taken back by the price of this knife set initially but quickly realized this is one of those things that "you get what you pay for". The knives are wonderful and so sharp. The only thing keeping this set from getting 5 stars from me is the scissors that fell apart after using them a few times.

This has been one of the best knife set ever built if not the best. Fresh out the box my wife was testing them like a chef. She dropped fresh fruits and veggies on the blade and the fruits and veggies just split in the razor edge like butter.Simply put I would recommend this to anyone look g for a great set

We have only had the knives for a couple of weeks, so for so good, they seem study and we love the appearance. The knives are sharp and we realize how bad our other knives were compared to these. They cut though anything you just have to use the right knife. They are a great asset to our kitchen.

The sharpest knife set I’ve ever used. Sliced my finger by accident and it barley touched. My old knife set, which was sharp, wouldn’t have sliced me. I’m extremely happy so far. I’ve used them to chop and dice veggies, breezed through them. I used the Bread knife to slice a smoked brisket, like butter. I used the bonding knife to trim fat and fat caps, amazing. Highly, highly recommend!

Only had the knives a few weeks, but they're great so far! They feel nice in your hand and come super sharp. I'll update my review if I have any issues or after I have tried the sharpener.

These knives are beyond sharp so be very very careful! They look great on the countertop. They have a nice feel in your hand and sliced through the turkey like butter.

These are the sharpest knives I’ve owned. I thought our last knives were good but man these Ninja knives are amazing. Very sturdy and so sharp, and the built-in sharpener ensures that they stay sharp. They’re not cheap, but they’re definitely worth the money.

Its a bit on the pricey side but has all the essentials. Also, its huge. I was surprised at how large everything was after all the knives were placed in the butcher block. Not a showstopper, but if you’re low on space, skip this and buy separate sharpener so you can put it away.

I always splurge on a good knife set in hopes to find a great one. This is my best set yet! Very nice, came in very sharp. I love that the sharpening block is with the set, haven't had to use it yet.

Literally sharpest knives I’ve ever used. I haven’t had the need to sharpen these babies yet but damn, they slice through anything like it’s butter. The chicken shears are incredible too. On that note, be very careful handling these and cleaning because my roommate did get a little cut from a light graze he didn’t even feel right away. 10/10 would recommend though.

Let’s just say I kept some of my old dull knives because these ninjas ones are so sharp! They are definitely a game changer in the kitchen and slices through potato’s with ease!

The price almost kept me but purchasing the set but I had just renovated my kitchen and I wanted to take the whole look and feel to another level.Very sharp out of the box. I cut myself twice preparing dinner. I'm not used to a knife that cuts on the first pass. lol.I'll adjust.

I've had these for appx 4 months now. I wanted to wait until I used the sharpener to see how well it worked before I rated.It honed the blades back to razor sharp. Just make sure to follow the instructions and insert the blades all the way before sharpening!

These knives are very sharp & cut beautifully. I would recommend that I'd you need knives, these are the only ones that you should buy!
