I only set these 4.5 starts because I had a faulty LED strip on the top light on arrival. But after contacting the company they will replace them free of charge and I don't have to send in the faulty one as this is the only set of bulbs I currently have. The pin holes on the skylights need to be drilled with a slightly larger drill bit so you don't have to force the locking pins in. Additionally, these are great lights that look great once installed. UPDATE: The company supported their product and sent me another flashlight for free. It worked and I couldn't be a happier customer. Highly recommended
