The most helpful feature of parishioanr databases was being able to search for specific churches, pastors or individuals by searching in their names rather than having to go through all records one at time looking up each person's information individually! I dislike how you can't have multiple people with same first/last initials but different middle initial(s) (e.g., "Smith" vs Smith).

It would be nice if there were an option like this so it could help find someone who may not match just your lastname only. We had some issues finding clergy members from our diocese when we needed them quickly during emergencies such as hurricanes Harvey & Irma - which caused flooding around Houston area where many Catholics resided-but also after storms hit other areas too including Florida; Puerto Rico etc.-which affected Catholic populations elsewhere across US states / Canada.
