Junk and poor support

In May and June of this year I bought three locks/mortise locks and within a few months they all came loose/broke. Yes, I know how to properly install a door lock. I should have returned them immediately but I was dying to change the locks on my house. The bolts are short and weak and this was a clear sign that the locks would fail and loosen after a short while. I contacted Revain and they directed me to the company's website, but it's just an email form, no real support options. Update: After some time Revain finally gave me my money back although they didn't have to - it should have been the company as it was covered by their warranty. Nice locks, but complete junk. Find something else.
